#7 - Never Settle For Less

We all know that life circumstances change all the time, but that’s the challenging affect that life has on us. When I first started working out with college athletes, I had to change my whole schedule around, and it was a great experiences because it made me become more committed to playing sports and taking care of my academics. I started to wake up at 3 am and be finished by 10 am, and after I worked out I got all my school work out the way so I could sleep in the evenings to do it all over again. At first, I thought I couldn't do it, but I had to get comfortable with being out of my comfort zone. My advice to those who are not use to doing things they have never done before is to suck it up and do it, because it makes you adjust to tough situations to overcome burdens. You have to come out your comfort zone to get what you want out of life.

#6 - Talk is Cheap; Work Hard and Get Results

Go hard, go hard, go hard! Because at the end of the day, it’s about who can stand when there is no more left, when your brain is dead, and your muscles are shot. In life everything is a competition, what will you do to be that last man standing? 2nd Thessalonians 3:10 “Those unwilling to work will not get to eat." If you’re not willing to work hard for what you want, you will find yourself not receiving the fruits of your labor. Life is more than sports but we have to embrace working hard every day to get to our destination. Make every rep and drill count because when fatigue kicks in; and you’re able to continue to push through the pain you will be considered a true champion.
